At Andean Origins, we take great care in preparing your order so it arrives safely and ready to enjoy. Each parcel is packed with care — from our hands to your home.

Processing Time

Orders are carefully packed and dispatched within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow its journey.

Shipping Within Australia

We currently ship Australia-wide using trusted delivery partners Sendle and Australia Post.

Estimated delivery timeframes are:

• Metro areas: 2–5 business days
• Regional areas: 5–10 business days

Express Post shipping is available via Australia Post only and is subject to their delivery terms and conditions.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated based on a combination of:

• parcel weight,
• packaging size requirements,
• and delivery location.

While some products may be lightweight, certain items require larger satchels or additional protective packaging due to their dimensions or fragility. For this reason, shipping charges may vary even when the total item weight appears low.

To ensure orders arrive safely and securely, we use Australia Post prepaid satchels and packaging options selected to best suit the products in your order. Shipping rates displayed at checkout are intended to reflect the most appropriate packaging required for safe delivery.

In some cases, the postage amount displayed on courier labels may differ from the total shipping charge paid at checkout, as shipping fees also contribute toward packaging materials, protective packing, handling, and fulfilment costs.

At this time, we ship within Australia only.

Tracking & Delivery

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to monitor your parcel’s progress.

Shipping During Busy Periods & Holidays

During peak periods, public holidays, and promotional events, shipping and delivery times may be longer than usual due to increased demand and courier network congestion.

While Andean Origins dispatches all orders as promptly as possible, delivery timeframes are ultimately subject to third-party courier and postal services. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot guarantee delivery dates or accept responsibility for delays outside our control.

We appreciate your patience and understanding during busy periods and recommend placing orders early to avoid disappointment.
