Returns & Refund Policy
We want you to love every product you receive from Andean Origins. Each item is carefully selected and packed to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@andeanorigins.com.au.
Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and a clear photo if possible — we’ll make it right as quickly as we can with a replacement or refund.
Change of Mind
As many of our products are food items, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind once the seal has been broken or the product opened.
If your item is unopened and in its original condition, contact us within 14 days of delivery to discuss return options.
Please note that for change-of-mind returns, return postage costs are at the customer’s expense.
Pre-Orders
We’re thrilled to offer exclusive pre-order opportunities for selected products.
If you decide to cancel your pre-order:

Before full payment is made — you’ll receive a full refund of any amount paid.

After full payment, if you change your mind within 7 days, you’ll still receive a full refund.

After 7 days from full payment, a 50% refund will apply to cover processing and handling costs.

Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
