Andean Origins is about discovering those flavours and bringing them into Australian kitchens.

Inspired by Chile and the wider food culture of South America, we bring together distinctive spices, salts and seasonings that have something of their own to offer. From the smoky warmth of Chilean merquén to seasonings that bring a new dimension to the barbecue, our products are chosen for their flavour, character and versatility.

We love the way a simple ingredient can change a dish. A little merquén on grilled meat, a finishing salt over roasted vegetables, or an unexpected seasoning that becomes a new favourite.
